What Will You Learn in this Bootcamp?

Administrators taking this bootcamp will gain a comprehensive understanding of the ITAM platform, from forms and reports to security and user management.

By the end of this course, you’ll understand how the platform works, what is within your purview as an administrator, and how you can empower your compliance teams and examiners to do their work quickly and effectively. 

During the course of this bootcamp, you’ll cover the core functionality of the ITAM platform, including:

1. Administration. This includes how you manage user access across different roles, how you can control variables for platform-wide settings, and how you can set templates and policies to govern its behavior. 
2. Forms, the heart of the platform. You’ll dig into form management and user management across forms. More importantly, you’ll also learn how to build forms from the ground up or import them via different structured data types. 
3. Documents and reports. You’ll work with dedicated file and reporting tools tightly integrated with forms and user actions. 

By the end of the bootcamp, you’ll know how to create a deploy form, control user access to resources, shape how the platform looks and feels, and how to keep everything secure. 

As part of the course, you will complete several quizzes and a final examination to test what you’ve learned. Pass, and you’ve become a certified ITAM administrator.
