If your client misses a meeting, or leaves the meeting early, it is your responsibility to continue working forward.

The same Action ITAM Fundamentals apply. The only difference is that your client is not present to interact with you.

The basic requirement is to move a client project forward. Action ITAMs help to do just that. Create Action ITAMs until the client time scheduled has ended. This allows us to utilize contracted time for meaningful client support activities.
