My Profile
Overview
The My Profile page contains account information and is where you go to maintain your profile, passwords, MFA settings, and other related information.
In this section, we will examine the application's My Profile portion and the information that can be viewed and maintained from that interface. We will also discuss some security options that can be configured and other functionality that can only be accessed from this area.
My Profile View
You can access the My Profile page by clicking the gear in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard and then clicking "My Profile" from the drop-down list.
The top menu item in the secondary navigation is a link to the My Profile page.
The My Profile page consists of three sections:
- Personal Info, including contact information, job title and classification, and a profile icon.
- Change Password, which allows you to control your access credentials.
- Digital Signature, where you can set up a signature for required documents.

Change Password
The Change Password page is where you will update the password when it needs to be changed. To change your password, enter the new password twice, once for selection and a second time to confirm that you have typed it correctly.
To view the password you are typing, click on the eye icon at the edge of the field. To hide it again, click on the icon a second time.
Reset MFA
Clicking on the Reset MFA button will bring you to a screen confirming that you want to reset the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Clicking on the Reset MFA button on the confirmation page will open a new screen containing a QR code that you can scan with your approved authenticator and reset your MFA code.
Digital Signature
Digital signatures are used when interacting with Signature fields on forms. There are three options for Digital Signatures:
- Text
- Drawn
- Image
Text
A Text digital signature is simply typing in the name you want to be displayed in the digital signature form.
Draw
A drawn digital signature is a freeform drawing that can be accomplished with a mouse, a digital pen, or a stylus on some devices. To create a signature with a mouse, move the cursor over the drawing field to where you want to start drawing your signature, hold down the left button, and draw your signature as if with a pen.
Image
ITAM also allows you to use an already-created image as your signature. If you select the Image option and click the Choose File button, a file selection interface will open on your device, allowing you to choose the image to use as a digital signature. Once you have selected the file you wish to use, click the Save Changes button to associate it with your digital signature.
My Entities
The My Entities screen displays a list of the entities to which you have access as an Examiner and some basic information about each.
The list of entities includes standard search, sorting, and navigation features, as seen in other parts of ITAM.
My Activity
Clicking on the My Activity button will display your activity within ITAM.
