Deal Registration
Table of Contents
ToggleProtect the Continuum GRC opportunities you source.
Authorized partners can register a named prospect before the deal is in advanced negotiation. Approved registrations receive time-limited deal protection, partner attribution, and coordinated support from the Continuum GRC team.
Register early. Incomplete or late submissions cannot be protected.
Why register the deal
Deal registration prevents channel conflict and makes sure the partner who developed the opportunity is the partner of record.
Approved registrations typically receive:
- Protection on the named account and opportunity for a defined period
- Credit for partner-sourced pipeline
- Alignment with Continuum GRC sales, onboarding, and assessment support
- Visibility into approval status and next steps
Unregistered deals are not protected. Existing Continuum GRC customers and opportunities already in active pursuit are not eligible.
Who can register
Deal registration is available to partners in good standing, including:
- Referral partners
- Readiness and advisory partners
- Audit partners
- MSPs, MSSPs, and GRC firms
- Resellers and co-sell partners
You must have an active partner relationship with Continuum GRC. If you are not yet a partner, Call +1 (888) 896-6207
Eligible opportunities
A deal may be registered when all of the following are true:
- The opportunity is partner-sourced
- The end customer is a named organization
- The opportunity is net-new Continuum GRC business, or a clearly defined expansion not already owned by Continuum GRC or another partner
- The partner has engaged the prospect (meeting, discovery, demo request, RFP support, or equivalent)
- The submission is complete and accurate
- No other approved registration already covers the same customer, product scope, and opportunity
Renewals of existing Continuum GRC subscriptions and accounts already under active Continuum GRC pursuit are excluded.
How deal registration works
- Submit the form with partner, prospect, and opportunity details.
- Continuum GRC reviews the request, typically within two business days.
- You receive a decision: approved, needs information, or declined.
- Approved deals are protected for 90 days from approval.
- Stay active. Documented progress can support a one-time extension. Inactive registrations expire.
If two complete registrations collide, Continuum GRC will decide based on timing, completeness, documented engagement, and partner fit.
