Examiner’s Workspace
A new addition to Continuum GRC and the Examiner dashboard is more robust analytics and visualizations. These are quickly accessible in the Priorities Dashboard, under the Workspace menu on the left-hand side of the screen. There are five quick access items in this menu:
Dashboard
Dashboard will take you to the main executive overview covering compliance and risk.
| Section | Function |
|---|---|
| Completion Percentage | The number of fields marked as Complete by examiners in the form compared to the total form fields for that entity. |
| Avergage Risk Score | The percentage of risk accrued by unpopulated forms or forms with non-compliant answers. The scale and scope of the risk score will depend on the design of the forms and assigned risk weights. |
| Open Action ITAMs | The number of created Action ITAMs that are incomplete, regardless of the stage. |
| Completion vs. Risk | A color-coded matrix plotted to show how many controls fall into completed and risk categories. |
| Workflow Status | The number of controls under a given Examiner Review Status. |
| Evidence Readiness | A comparison of controls tracked vs. assessments undertaken. |
Form Status and Risk Totals
Form Status and Risk Totals hops you over to the Form Status and Risk Totals risk visualizations. See our section on Risk Scoring for more information on this dashboard.
Evidence
The Evidence item shows data about the evidentiary files uploaded to ITAM. This includes files organized by form, the status of each file in terms of audit readiness, and a breakdown of files by type.
Controls
The Controls item provides an overview of a) the control groups in the ITAM instance across forms, and b) the fields contained in those groups.
Analytics
Analytics provides quick access to risk profiles and, more importantly, shortcuts to crucial reports and dashboards like the AI Scores Dashboard and Examiner Allocation.
This dashboard also contains a quick-view list of available, persistant Dashboards, including:
